Burns' television career began in 1995 as she portrayed Peg as a character on the Spanish American sitcom Out of the Blue. Burns became a participant in Baywatch, an action-drama series in 1998. The following year, she was a part of Baywatch: Hawaii. Burns then left Baywatch due to her first pregnancies. Brooke Elizabeth Burns was an American actress, fitness model as well as a TV host. Most famously, she is for playing Jessie Owens on the Baywatch drama. She was best known in 2001 for the wildly successful commercial movie Shallow Hal.
